Trumps Spicy Quinoa Nut Pilaf



Serves 10


2 tbsps oil

2 onions diced

3 garlic cloves crushed

2 tsp curry power

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp turmeric

4 cups cooked tri-colour quinoa (Trumps)

120g almonds

150g spinach


1. Heat oil in pan and fry onion until soft.

2. Add in curry power, garam masala and turmeric.

3. Add in quinoa and mix through.

4. Add in almonds and spinach and slightly wilted.
