Trumps Roast Chicken with Pear and Quinoa



Recipe serves 10


2kg chicken drumsticks  (M& J Chickens)

80g butter

5 garlic cloves crushed

2 brown onions cut into wedges

4 pears cut into wedges

2 cups quinoa cooked (Trumps)

200g spinach

2 tsps Dijon mustard


  1. Preheat oven in a large baking dish put chicken in
  2. Rub with butter and garlic
  3. Add in onions
  4. Put into oven and back for 10 minutes
  5. Turn and then add in pears to roast
  6. Prepare quinoa and while hot add in spinach and mustard and  stir to combine
