Nestlé Lemon Docello Protein Enriched Dessert Mix

Lemon Docello Protein enriched dessert mix is a versatile ingredient to used to make tasty desserts and snacks.

The secret is making the Docello dessert mix thicker to provide wonderful recipe variations. The example below demonstrates just how easy it is to use to fill and ice cakes, pies and mini pies.

 Ingredients:

2x 180 g plain biscuits (Arnotts Rice Cookies)

130 g margarine

240g Lemon Docello Protein Enriched Dessert Mix

750 ml water (this makes the Lemon Docello Mix thicker)

Cream (for decoration)

 

Instructions:

  1. Line muffin tin with paper cases
  2. Crush biscuits
  3. Melt margarine and combine
  4. Press biscuit into a pie plate
  5. Make up lemon Docello Dessert Mix (by mixing up Lemon Docello Protein Enrich Dessert Mix plus water- water helps thicken) and pour into pie plate
  6. Put in refrigerator and allow to set (4 hours)
  7. Beat cream until thick and using a star nozzle pip cream around the edge

To make vitamised version, omit biscuit base.
