Kraft Peanut Butter Biscuits


Kraft Peanut Butter Biscuits Recipe

Makes 20 biscuits

Approximate cooking time 3 hours


½ cup caster sugar

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup Kraft peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

½ cup margarine

1 egg

1 ¼ cup plain flour

½ tsp baking powder


  1. Heat oven 180⁰C and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Mix sugar, peanut butter, margarine and egg in a large bowl
  3. Stir in flour and baking powder
  4. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours
  5. Drop dessert-spoonful of mixture onto tray and allow room for biscuits to spread while cooking
  6. Bake 10 minutes until light golden brown
  7. Cool 5 minutes

These biscuits can be made with either smooth or crunchy peanut butter
