You can change your service to A. SIP VoIP (Session Initiation Protocol) using your existing Phone System or move to a B. Hosted PBX service.
If you plan to keep your existing Phone System and move to SIP, you need to contact your PBX maintainer to confirm your Phone System is SIP compatible. You also need to arrange to port your phone services to a SIP service. CR can assist you liaise with your PBX maintainer to establish a solution and transition plan.
A SIP service will typically be cheaper than your current ISDN or Multi Line Service.
If you intend to replace your Phone System, CR can provide you with this service.
Number porting for both SIP and Hosted PBX can take up to 12 weeks. If you have submitted a number port for your ISDN or Multi Line services, it will remain active until the number porting takes place.
