Potato salads are a stock salad to use in summer and for parties. This recipe uses honey mustard sauce giving it a unique taste. This recipe is suitable for vegetarians and gives them a potato salad that is different to most.

1 kg potatoes (small to medium in size sliced)
3 stalks of celery chopped
1 red capsicum sliced
1 green capsicum sliced
50 g parsley
½ cup French Maid Honey mustard
½ cup Mayonnaise
