Trumps Chicken Quinoa Rice Paper Rolls

Trumps Chicken Quinoa Rice Paper Rolls



Recipe makes 20 rolls

Approximate cooking time: 30 mins


2 Carrot

2 Celery stalks

1 red capsicum

1 cucumber

200 g Rice noodles

1 bunch mint

500 g Chicken breast (M & J Chicken)

200g Cooked Quinoa (Trumps)

20 rice paper sheets

Dressing ingredients

½ cup water

4 tbsps  brown sugar

1 tsp fish sauce

4 tbsps sweet chilli sauce

Juice of one lime



  1. Cook chicken and slice up thin.
  2. Slice up all vegetables into sticks.
  3. Take a sheet of rice paper and soak in hot water.
  4. Place carrot, celery, cucumber and capsicum together at top of sheets.
  5. Add sliced chicken, quinoa and mint leaves.
  6. Roll over sheet, tuck in the side and roll.
  7. Repeat process until all ingredients are used.
  8. To make dressing – combine all ingredients and mix until sugar is dissolved.
