2 Celery stalks
1 red capsicum
200 g Rice noodles
1 bunch mint
500 g Chicken breast (M & J Chicken)
200g Cooked Quinoa (Trumps)
20 rice paper sheets
½ cup water
4 tbsps brown sugar
1 tsp fish sauce
4 tbsps sweet chilli sauce
Juice of one lime
